For full-service events, we recommend booking at least 1–2 months in advance, especially for popular dates. For pickup or delivery orders, please place your order at least 1–2 weeks ahead. We'll always do our best to accommodate shorter notice when our schedule allows.

Yes, 50% of the total is due at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Yes, professional serving staff is included with full-service catering. We recommend 2-3 staff members per every 50 guests. Staffing is billed at $45/hour with a 3-hour minimum.

Policies vary by timing. Deposits may be non-refundable within a certain window before the event. Please refer to your contract for specifics.
